After my childhood dog died in 2016, I decided to draw portraits of my friend's pets after they'd passed away as a way to remember them. I've continued this tradition with family friends and coworkers' pets.

I love seeing people's faces when they see the portraits for the first time. Being able to give that feeling and memory to someone is truly an honor and privilege.
